Check rates & availabilityDear Ms Steiflova,
I recently stayed at EA Hotel Embassy Prague with three friends. I stayed in October last year too. Both times I found the hotel excellent from every point of view and would just like to congratulate you on it. The reception staff were particularly outstanding – rapid, efficient, helpful and reliable.
Sincerely,

I went on a work trip to Prague, and this was a little oasis of calm. Cool in the heat, comfortable rooms, nice staff and conveniently located about a 15 minutes walk from the main attractions.
Well worth a visit.
We stayed in the suite on the 5th floor. It was huge and very nice. Dining room table, 2 couches and plenty of room for our 18 month old to run around. They are doors in between the living room and the master bedroom, so once our little guy went to sleep, we were able to relax in the living room. Shower was large and strong (nice smelling shampoo was provided). There are 2 bathrooms in this suite. Both with great tubs! Air conditioning was strong (and needed). Small fridge in the living room. There is an elevator to the room and parking was a short 3 minute walk- it was secure (right next to the police station). Wifi was free and had great signal. Hotel staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was your typical European spread. It is close to the metro (2 minute walk- which is very easy to navigate) and to a large shopping center that is open until 9, which has everything you could need (food, apotheke etc). It is about a 20-30 minute walk along the river to the bridge. We did it twice and then opted for the metro on our last day. Very quite at night.
Great little hotel in Prague, within walking distance to Old Town Square. Also very close to tram and subway for connections throughout the city. Very clean, nice rooms and a very helpful staff. Would recommend to others.
We had booked a couple of nights in Prague for my 50th birthday intending to stay at Jurys Inn but due a booking (over booking) mix up ended up at Embassy hotel.
Whilst not the full service hotel we wanted we had no complaints about the Embassy Hotel. We got upgraded to their junior suite – enormous room with bathrobes, tea/coffee, mini bar, in room safe & one of the biggest beds we have seen in a hotel. All parts of the hotel were spotlessly clean.
A good bed & breakfast hotel – a 10 minute walk to the old town in a quiet street away from the tourist crowd. No bar or restaurant. Staff very friendly even giving us a complementary bottle of fizz with a birthday greetings.
Breakfast served 7am till 10am was continental with a couple of hot items perfectly good to fill-up on before a days walking round Prague.
Not our intended hotel we would stay here again.
Great location. Walkable to any point of the city. Staff were friendly and helpful contrary to some reviews. Large rooms for european standards. Great choice of food for breakfast. I would choose to stay on this hotel if ever i go back to prague.
Within walking distance of Prague Old Town centre and most places of interest. Very clean accommodation. Very well stocked mini bar. However, what I really, really wanted when returning to the hotel, was a cup of tea. Perhaps this is an English thing, but I would have much preferred a kettle, cups and saucers and some UHT milk ( I had brought my own tea bags) to bottles of champagne or wine, for which we had no use. An automatic hot drinks dispenser in the foyer would be an alternative. Otherwise the staff were efficient and helpful, arranging taxis for us to and from the airport.

Very friendly, professional, attractive, and helpful staff (female staff were stunningly beautiful). Rooms were clean and modern. I would give 5 stars except for the following: No pay per view movies in the rooms, No ice machines, No vending machines, Limited TV channels in English, Bed mattress uncomfortably hard. Excellent location near Tram and Metro. Taxi in Prague will charge 400-600 CZK this adds up rapidly $$$$. Airport to Hotel typically 600-700 CZK. Yellow Taxi (AAA Taxi) is probably most professional...most drivers speak good English. If you have an unlocked international cellphone, you can purchase a pre-paid sim card for Prague for 200-250 CZK which was very helpful.

Ahoj, Marketa,
Let me say thank you for your kind assistance on the occasion of our stay in your hotel in the last weekend.
It’s really agreeable and not usual to find a so nice and professional receptionist, I will remember forever Praha not only for the beautifulness of its buildings :)
I wish you all the best, hodně štěstí!

The Art House is a lovely hotel - very new and great decor - but the location isn't as central as I'd expected. It's not a major issue as central Prague is a small area and you can easily walk.
The staff are friendly, the rooms are new and the breakfast is a nice standard european brekkie. The beds are rather hard, but the staff tried to make us more comfortable by putting a doona on top to make it a bit softer.

I've been staying in this hotel 3 nights last June. The hotel has been renewed recently and everything is perfect. Lovely furnishing, great care in everything that is in the hotel. Breakfast has a good menu and a well assorted buffet.

We stayed at Art Hotel Embassy for 5 nights last week. The first thing I liked - it is situated in a quiet street off the main hustle and crowds, but still very close to the Old town - 5 min. walk to Namesti Republiky square (where the Municipal house is) and another 5 min. walk to the Clock. Close to the Florenc metro stop. Great location.
The hotel is renovated and nicely decorated. Our room on the second floor was spacious, styled in velvet, with a very comfortable bed, LCD TV, prefect bathroom, and overlooking the inner courtyard.
The staff was really friendly, doing their best to satisfy any wish we might have (although some of them spoke very basic English).
We used the wellness centre (sauna, jacuzzi and something called Kneips water path, great for tired legs) to relax after going around the city. It was included in price (great!), and so was the breakfast which was quite sufficient, but a little variety from day to day would be nice. The coffee was the only thing we frowned at.
We had a great stay at a very acceptable price. I would gladly recommend this hotel.
